You will be assisting doctors and staff to ensure that all our clients are happy and healthy.
Individuals must be of good moral character, must have excellent communication, both oral and written, and must be willing to perform a variety of tasks from day to day to ensure that the office is running smoothly.
Ideal candidate will have veterinary experience, ability to multi-task and have experience with Cornerstone veterinary software a plus.

Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in the field.
They are responsible for resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients in person and over the phone Set up appointments and confirm appointments - this includes using our company provided cell phone system and email system to communicate with clients over the phone and text messages Answer questions about products, pricing, and availability Research products and prices online or by phone to ensure accurate information is provided to clients Update client information in our electronic medical record system as needed Make calls to confirm appointments and availability Follow up with clients to ensure excellent customer service Handle complaints in a professional manner and escalate issues as needed to the appropriate manager or supervisor Maintain an organized and clean workspace at all times.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
College degree preferred but not required.
Customer service experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication skills - verbal & written.
Must be able to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization, customers, vendors, etc.
Must be able to maintain positive rapport with vendors.
